All orders are lovingly prepared and shipped from the Philippines. I pack orders by myself, so preparation times vary.

COVID-19 Mailing Advisory

Due to the current global situation, our local post office is operating in limited capacity and is only able to service a limited number of regions. Please expect delays in processing and shipping.

Customers in countries that are not on this list may still be able to place orders through the website. They will be shipped through private courier or EMS, whichever is available.

 

If you would be interested in organizing a group order, please email me as well! Ideally the group order manager should have a Philippine address, or an address that is serviceable through private couriers.

 

Cheaper shipping

Some countries may have cheaper shipping options available to them aside from what is listed on the checkout page. This will depend on the weight of your order and your location. If your order qualifies for either the Large/Extra Large/Big parcel shipping tier upon checkout, then your order has a higher likelihood of having cheaper shipping options via private courier compared to post office rates. Group orders can also be a way to save on shipping. Ordering with a friend or with a small group to split shipping costs can help make the shipping be more affordable. If you are interested in organizing or joining a group order, please contact me!

General Mail Advisory

  • International orders will take anywhere from two (2) to sixteen (16) weeks to arrive, depending on the speed of your post office and how quickly the package clears customs in your country.
  • Please wait about seven days / 1 week for your tracking to appear on the PHLPost website.
  • Please make sure that your address is correct upon ordering! If an order has already been shipped, I will no longer be able to update its address.
  • Once orders have been shipped, I will no longer have control of its delivery. I can help track the package for you, but will not be able to assist in case the package gets lost or has failed delivery.
  • In case a package gets returned to me, I will be able to reship the parcel for a fee. The fee will be the same amount as the original shipping rate.

Registered Mail

All orders from my shop will be shipped through registered mail. It's ordinary snail mail, but with a tracking number that will allow you to track your package through the PHLpost website, and through your local post office's tracking when it arrives in your country. Please note that depending on your country, a signature may be needed to accept your package.

Customs Fees and Duties

Shipping calculations in my shop do not include any customs fees that may be required by your local post office in order to successfully deliver your package. It will be the buyer's responsibility to monitor the delivery process and shoulder any customs fees.

Lost and Returned packages

Should packages be lost, unfortunately I will not be able to send a refund as shipping is something that is beyond my control.

Sometimes a package may be returned to me. Depending on the case, I may either re-ship the package free of charge, or re-ship with a fee. The fee will be the same amount as the original shipping rate.

Returned due to failed delivery

In case the first delivery attempt fails, it is the customer's responsibility to reschedule deliveries with their post office to avoid having the parcel returned to the country of origin. Should the package be returned to me, I would not be able to refund the order but I will be able to re-ship the package if the customer pays for the shipping fee.

All sales are final and may not be cancelled once they have been placed. If there are any defects in the item when they arrive or if they have not arrived to you after three months, please contact me.
